Erhan ÇINAR, Founder
Erhan ÇINAR is the founder of Miyamoto Process & Performance Consulting OÜ and a seasoned expert with over 35 years of industry experience. He is a CMMI® Certified Lead Appraiser and Instructor, accredited to deliver appraisals and trainings across multiple domains including Development, Services, Data, People, Security, Safety, Virtual, and Supplier Management.
In addition to his CMMI credentials, Erhan holds PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certifications. His background spans GIS and Command & Control (C2) systems, where he has led large‑scale programs and contributed to mission‑critical solutions.
For over two decades, Erhan served as a lecturer at Middle East Technical University (METU), teaching Advanced Programming in GIS to graduate and MSc students and mentoring applied research projects.
He brings together deep technical expertise, practical program management, and international consulting experience to help organizations elevate capability and accelerate outcomes. His approach blends rigor with pragmatism — ensuring that maturity models, strategy frameworks, and digital solutions translate into measurable performance.
